Kananaskis Suspension Bridge

The Kananaskis Suspension Bridge is accessible from a 1km loop trail. The hike is extremely short, more of a quick walk by the side of the road really. I was there fairly early in the morning and was the only person there but I can only assume that if you go later in the day it can get quite busy.

This is a great stop on the way to your day hke or on the way back home! It didn’t take me more than 20 minutes to hike up to it, take some pictues and hike back down. Definitely make sure to check out this hidden gem!

As always, make sure you dress appropriately and be ready for anything the outdoors can throw at you. Weather can be unpredictable and change at any minute. Respect the wildlife by staying at appropriate distances and stay on the trails in order to preserve the forest! For more information on each hike you can check them out on AllTrails.
